Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
3 oz prosecco
2 oz aperol
1 oz soda water
orange slice for garnish
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a wine glass with ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
Classic Mojito
Ingredients
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz fine sugar
12 fresh mint leaves
2 oz white rum
8 oz crushed ice
1 oz club soda
Directions
Stir together lime juice and sugar in a glass until dissolved. Add 2 ounces of crushed ice. Tear mint leaves and add into glass. Add rum, remaining crushed ice and club soda then stir gently until combined.
Cucumber, Basil and Citrus Cocktail
Ingredients
1 ½ oz vodka
3 slices of cucumber
4 fresh basil leaves
¼ oz fresh lime juice
Directions
Muddle cucumber and half of the basil (reserve rest for garnish) in a shaker. Add vodka, lime juice and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into glass of ice. Garnish with remaining basil.
